Description & Requirements

We are seeking a strategic and experienced General Manager to lead the setup and operations of our Shared Services Center in Shenzhen. This role requires strong leadership, operational excellence, and the ability to drive transformation across multiple corporate functions. The successful candidate will work closely with Hong Kong-based stakeholders and should be familiar with engineering and construction-related workflows to support service delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the full lifecycle of the Shared Services Center setup: planning, execution, and stabilization;
  • Oversee service delivery across HR, Finance, IT, and other support functions;
  • Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement;
  • Drive process standardization, automation, and operational efficiency across all functions;
  • Ensure compliance with local laws and alignment with global corporate standards;
  • Collaborate closely with the Hong Kong office and company stakeholders to ensure service alignment, responsiveness, and cultural compatibility;
  • Maintain a solid understanding of engineering and construction-related workflows to support service delivery and communication with technical teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Finance, HR, Engineering, or related disciplines;
  • 10+ years of experience in corporate operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within shared services;
  • Familiarity with engineering and construction-related workflows or terminology is highly desirable;
  • Proven success in setting up or transforming Shared Services Centers;
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills;
  • Experience working with or within Hong Kong-based organizations is preferred;
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin; Cantonese proficiency is a strong plus.

任职要求

  • 商业管理、财务、人力资源、工程或相关专业本科及以上学历;
  • 10年以上企业运营经验,其中至少5年在共享服务领域担任领导职务;
  • 熟悉工程及建造相关流程或术语者优先考虑;
  • 曾成功设立或转型共享服务中心者优先;
  • 拥有卓越的领导力、沟通能力及利益相关方管理能力;
  • 有与香港企业或团队合作的工作经验者优先;
  • 英语和普通话流利,懂粤语者优先考虑。
